My complaint:

Delivery person was on the property but called and said she cld not find us. This was at Mayo Clinic . My son is terminally ill and the food was for him as his last meal before a procedure. He loves the chicken mushroom pasta meal. Kimberly kept stating she cld not get to the main hospital entrance as she was lost . After a long while on the phone I asked what to do are we going to have to refund the order as she seemed to keep saying she was by the employee entrance which I explained I cld not go to. I have never had issues with delivery here before . Very frustrated due to the meal being for my son and we ended up getting Mc Donald’s instead of his desired pasta due to lack of time before he had to fast for the evening . Yes I was upset and out of character for myself but honestly this is Kimberly’s job to deliver your product and it was just a few miles from the store.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Refund my money and educate Kimberly where to go by staff that have accomplished the trip - there are numerous employees who have found it without a problem.
