My complaint:
I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, there were five employees and zero customers in store, yet they all ignored me for a whole five minutes, until I looked on the counter for a bell to ring or a terminal to sign in at, that’s when an employee ran forward to very sternly demand Get on the other side of the counter! In my mind I was like, aha! You DO see me, just ignoring me until I took a step toward the back of the counter. He asked what do you want? I told him pick-up, and told him my name. With a frown, he literally threw the pizzas on the counter (you could hear the thud) and said here you go, and walked away. On my way out I watched as another customer walked in, a white woman. Two employees served her immediately. Also, they got my order wrong.
Suggested solution:
Train this store's employees on basic customer service and common sense.
