On 04152020 my family and I ordered online from your Dominos location on 61 Crystal Ave in Derry Nh. We ordered your family special that includes two 12′ medium pizza’s, parm bites, cinnamon sticks and a 2 liter of soda. I added and paid for 2 marinara sauces. When the order came the guy only had two very sloppy, half ass medium pizza’s and the soda. The pizza alone didn’t even separate into slices without falling apart into pieces. But I called into the store right away and waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to actually answer the phone and when the guy finally answered he kept asking me what because there was people yelling in the background and he was getting upset and stated I can’t deal with this, hold on, left me on hold for another 5 minutes, came back to the phone again couldn’t figure out what I was trying to explain to him and put me on hold again. About 5 mins again goes by and a women picked up and states she’s the shift leader on and no manager was available, I again explained what happened and she stated she had only one driver and she would give me a credit next time or send the food that was not sent the first time, I explained after all the stuff I had to deal with to get this cleared up and now our pizza being cold that it would be nice if I could please get out food and a credit for next time and she stated yes. Finally I get the rest of our food an hour or so later after our initial order and the cinnamon sticks and the parm bites both look thrown together very sloppy and caked up. On top of all this horrible service they still never sent the marinara sauce or the ice topping sauce! I tried calling again and they disconnected their line because I keep getting a line disconnected or busy at this time. I called back multiple times and all the same voice recording. We always order from this location and they aren’t perfect but they’ve never been this bad.
I would like my money back.
