My complaint:

I was recently hired at Domino’s, at the time of my hiring process I had light pink hair. I was not told I could not have this hair color. I later re dyed my hair to a brighter pink, and was informed by my manger that I cannot have an unnatural hair color.

Suggested solution:

Domino’s has recently allowed tattoos to be visible, so why can’t I have colored hair? It is not offensive, and it doesn’t look unprofessional (especially in comparison with allowing visible tattoos). In fact, I have gotten two compliments from customers about my hair color! We already wear uniforms, hair color is a form of personal expression. Employees should be allowed to dye their hair, as it has no negative effects on the company’s name. Especially since tattoos are now allowed, it is ridiculous that I cannot have colored hair. Hundreds of other Domino’s employees would agree, there is a petition for this rule to be changed as well.
Please take this into consideration, or at least provide an explanation as to why I can have visible tattoos but not colored hair.
