My complaint:
Ordered a late dinner .. pizza pasta bowl sandwich lava cakes .. they told me 15 to 20 minutes .. I went in 23 minutes later .
They didnt have a clue who i was .. then found my order in the computer after 5 minutes and said they missed it .. then told me itd be done in 20 to 25 minutes cus they were busy .. so i said I’m all set .. he got mad and said whatever.. I think that’s pretty rediculous.. amd now we are all hungry and angry..
Suggested solution:
Redoy order or give me a gift card worth double for the skrew up.. plus we didnt eat dinner tonite.. the whole family is pretty pissed off ..
