My complaint:

i preordered a pizza and sub at approx noon for a 4 0’clock pickup. On arrival the food was not ready and when the pizza was finally finished it was incorrect. It is very frustrating to preorder a meal on the promises of not having to wait only to have your meal be further delayed by it being incorrect
