My complaint:
We order from you nearly every week and our order this week was atrocious. Both pizzas we ordered were extremely thin, therefore the base of the pizza didn’t taste at all and the pizzas were ruined. We also ordered chicken kickers which were cold and soggy. The order doesn’t have far to come and we normally receive a perfect pizza and hot chicken kickers
Suggested solution:
I’m not sure I’m which way you would like to resolve this complaint but it needs dealing with please.
