My complaint:

Ordered online, went to store stood at register 7-10 min. Every1 looks at mr but does not wait on me, 2nd customer comes in, still waiting ,3rd customer, then a yg man steps forward an asks what’s the name I tell him, he turns around an picks up the 2 boxes the 1 on top is open on the side, I asked him how long it had been open he states I dunno. I asked it be remade, he placed the other box in front of register an tells me ok, a yg lady who was making a pizza turned around an took her mask of an told me u will be waiting 15 -20 min. I said ok, at that time I notice she has no gloves on, she started taking pizzas out of the oven an putting them in boxes,still no masks or gloves, yg man at register says something to a man he addressed as julio, julio starts putting toppings on a pizza no gloves or masks, all the while my other pizza is sitting on counter an the yg man waits on 2 other customers, I explained to him that was disgusting an unprofessional, still during this exchange no 1 claiming 2 be a manager steps, the yg lady taking pizzas out of oven still no mask or gloves was glaring at me blowing loudly out of her mouth. Totally unacceptable an disgusting, this store has taken a nose dive in service an performance, last time my order of pizza was burnt an cheesy bread was dry an burnt, I overlooked this but this has gone to far. This incident occurred 7112020 at 6803 Southside drive Louisville, ky. 40214
