Dominos Pizza complaint: Didn’t follow through with service requested

My complaint:

I go to the Richmond Rd. Domino’s location in Texarkana, TX about once a week. Today I decided to use the service where they bring your order to your car at the store. I chose this option on the app when I ordered When I got there, I followed the instructions that were given to me on the app and by text to turn on my flashers while in the parking lot. My order was ready but no one came out with it. I then pulled up to the front of the store in an available parking spot still with flashers on. Still, no one came out for several minutes. I could see the employees in the store, so I’m sure they saw me. Finally, I decided to go through drive-thru where an expressionless employee asked me my name and handed me my order. I asked if they don’t use the option of bringing orders to the car. She said she didn’t know it was on the app, again with no concern at all. I told her I wanted to let her know and she just stared at me. The order was correct and the food was great and I’ll definitely be going back but i feel like they should participate in the pickup options since they’re on the app.

Suggested solution:

Don’t put options on the app they don’t plan to use.
