My complaint:
I received a call from a sales associate asking about my address ( I order from dominos weekly and use the same address every time) he hung up on me while I was explaining how to get to my address. I called the manager Denard to file a complaint and he told me he didn’t see what the problem was. Then he put me on hold with another sales associate who told me my order was canceled.
Suggested solution:
All I was looking for in the beginning was an apology but after experiencing how rude the manager was and never receiving my order I don’t know how this issue can be resolved, especially since this is the only location that delivers to my house.
