My complaint:
After my mother waited for 30 mins to place an order, a gentleman answered the phone but because English is not her native tongue, she asked the man to hold a sec as she passed th phone to me to place the order and that’s when I heard, I don’t have a second and abruptly hung up the phone in my face. I drove to the store, demanded to now who was the person that is responsible and who is there manager. An individual said he hung up the line, I asked for his last name, he refused to give it. Along with refusing to give me his last name, he refused to give me his superiors name, he said he was the boss and he said to me if I don’t leave the store he would call the cops to escort me, even though I posed no threat to the 3 Domino’s employees that were present at the time. I was told that I better leave before they Fd me up, as I was walking out, he repeated their threat of beating the Fk out of me, so I turned around and extended my face for him to punch, another Domino’s employee said that he would do outside. I walked outside and looked back and that’s when they turned around and started laughing. I felt scared for my life, I know they have my mom’s cell number and they probably have our address. I was informed to go to the police and file a complaint, just to be safe.
This happened last night at 07292021, 8:35pm at the Brooklyn Center, 1090 Shingle Creek Pkwy, in Minnesota.
Suggested solution:
I am so shaken by what happened and determined to see definite action against your employees, but I am also worried about my lively hood and safety of my well being. I don\'t know what needs to be done but I will be talking to my attorney.
