My complaint:
I ordered a pizza and the app used an address not even on my account for over 10 years. I tried to call the location and am still on hold 30 minutes later. I have yet to talk to anyone about getting a refund. I called my location and that manager advised me it is my problem and should pay attention to the app. He offered to take my credit card and place a new order. I order from dominos often but will be using all my points and not using this company again. As a single mother who just got off work it is sad im spending this much time on this. If the economy wasn’t so crappy I would just walk away from the 25.00. This is very poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
It would be nice if locations answered their phone. If one location won't then another location should be able to help when a client with a five year ordering history is in the computer and it is a clear error. Im not trying to steal anything and have been made to feel like I'm stealing food i paid for. All I wasn't is my money back on my order I didn't get.
