My complaint:
I’m highly disappointed with how long it took to receive my order. I ordered two medium size pizzas on 012321 at 6:57pm, and I was told it would take no longer than 32 minutes…it has now been more than double that amount of time and I have yet to receive my order. I understand that there are variables that cause things to be delayed, but more than an hour is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
They need to be more honest with the delivery times, and work on their supply chain efficiency.
