My complaint:
I ordered at approximately 7:30 p.m. and by 9:15 p.m. have yet to receive my food. Driver called when he was outside and yet since I was unable to pick up due to poor connection he drove away with my order. Here in NY, with covid still being an issue, my Domino’s app says ALL DELIVERIES ARE CONTACTLESS. To make matters worse, on the app it says delivery completed when I have get to receive any of the foods I have ordered. I paid $40 for an order that has yet to be received close to 2 hours later and when received is very cold us unacceptable. If compensation doesn’t occur this will be my final order from this company moving forward.
Suggested solution:
Full, if not, any type of compensation due to food being delivered 2 hours late and being cold.
