My complaint:
Ordered at restaurant on 24th July where I paid Rs. 403.94 from Google Pay. Payment was sucessful and deducted from my account however the executive told me he didn’t receive. So my friend paid for that order again from his Paytm. Your customer care phone service is not reachable. I sent emails and got ation that refund will be credited but I’m still waiting. I’ve already sent all the screenshots of payment made on email.
Suggested solution:
Refund the amount of Rs.403.94
