My complaint:

My order was $16.80 when I got my food not only was it on the burnt side and Susan I gave her a $20 dollar bill she counted out $2.00 when I questioned my change she said $2.00 for you and a dollar for me and turned around and walked away. I believe that’s rude and unprofessional If I would’ve got the correct change back I could’ve gave her a tip but that is not ok it’s not up to you to keep customers change no matter how much it Is and the amount of change I got was not correct on top of that she didn’t give me a receipt or offer me peppers or none of that I got two boxes of burnt pizza and had to spend almost $30 dollars because I had to go somewhere else to get food so I made a claim report and I was offered a %20 percent off my next visit . No thank you. I’d rather have my money Back because I might not visit again that’s really messed up.
