My complaint:
I live in Orwigsburg pa, and the store in Pottsville is the closet to me. I have been ordering from that locations for the last 2 years. They have always delivered in the past. (please check my records I order on Monday night 9212020) Tonight I order again, the man who took my address said on the phone we don’t go down that far. I said you have in the past. The guy said no we didn’t. I then pointed out I order not even 2 nights ago and it wasn’t a problem. The he said in a loud rude tone Well they shouldn’t have. I did said then cancel the food and he said what ever and fine and slammed the phone down. After this I do not believe I will return. I have order A lot of food over the years and I don’t think anyone that been a loyal customer should be treated in this manner.
Suggested solution:
If he is supposed to represent your company then he failed in retaining the customer and lost business for your company. Again I been ordering from this location for about 2 years, and I doubt I will ever order from here again. You should let this man go and make sure he understands this is not how you act.
