My complaint:
The pizza delivery got delayed by 10 mints . As it’s a rule or promised to the customer that the delivery time is 30 mints bt it arrived in 40 mins . I have asked the delivery boy to compensate it. He left my place by saying that he ll make the refund request for me . And he took the bill with him for the refund process .
So I am waiting for the msg or an email for the refund of my order from dominoz.
Suggested solution:
I want a call back or msg or an email from you . For my refund . That when I am going to get my refund ( compensate)
