My complaint:
Your customer service attendant does not seem interested at all in her job and is hence, really really rude to the customers. Also, she does not have the basic sense that if it is American Express card the CVV is at the front and it is a four digit one. Please listen to the call recording and you would know better.
Suggested solution:
Hire polite customer service attendants and people who know how to deal with daily transactions
