My complaint:
I placed an order for delivery and explicitly asked that they knock instead of using the doorbell. I have an infant that I had just gotten to sleep. Sure enough the driver shows up (over 20 minutes late) and proceeds to ring the bell THREE TIMES and waking my infant. I even checked the receipt to make sure my request was there and it wasn’t. Just a complete lack of customer service and I will never order from Dominos 5654 ever again. If they can’t follow simple directions how can I trust that my food is being prepared correctly and safely?
