My complaint:
Every time I place an online order with this particular dominoes, it is an issue. They never seem to get the order right and when I complain about it, they have the audacity to get an attitude with me and are absolutely rude about it! They also NEVER offer a resolution to the problem! Today, I ordered two pizzas and a side of specialty chicken. On one pizza, I specifically said for it to be WELL DONE! Not only did they burn the other pizza, but they did not have my pizza well done and when I complained about it. They had an attitude and was completely rude!
What is the point of putting special instructions when the staff isn’t going to read them anyway.
Suggested solution:
I would like better customer service and when something is wrong, they need to fix it right away!!
