My complaint:
My husband and I are soo beyond upset. Food looks gross and I called the manager and explained to him and he flat out told me I was lying and that he send a driver to get whole order after the fact that I just wanted my sandwiches remade! He continued to be unprofessional and very rude. I handed phone to my husband and the guy was really really rude and short and ended telling my husband look I had to pull phone away and told him that he needed to stop interrupting him and the general Manager (male) hung up!! And so I proceeded to go to store to get money refunded and give them back the food and show them and assistant manager (woman black hair skinny) was laughing at my face. She clearly is not professional enough to hold that titlement at all let alone have responsibility for such young unrespectful girl. And as well as ur manager they both are horrible! I’ve been a customer threw this location since I was a kid. With the lack respect and just giving my money back or maybe just being concerned would have been better. As I left the store I’m not going to lie I was upset! And I probably will not be back at this location probably if at all! Sucks cuz it was close to home

Fire them!!! Clearly get some other person that sees fit
