My complaint:
I ordered 3 items from dominos pizza recently with an offer to receive a 300 rupees cash back from Paytm. But I haven’t received. After speaking to one of their Jasola employees I’m being told that it’s not valid anymore. However that offer is still on their app but they’re not following their own protocols. So disturbed with dominos pizza for their laid back attitude and unprofessional behaviour.
Suggested solution:
They should as promised by their app return my cash back amount through Paytm.
