We ordered from the app like we do all the time. The tracker said 6 min away. The driver never showed up. Then the app said delivered but we didn’t get a pizza. We called the store got put on hold 4 different times! Then we finally get a manager the manager said the app gave the wrong address we later determined that was a flat out lie. We double checked the app everything was correct. Then the manager tells us that the driver went to the wrong house will bring us our food. Still no pizza. We call back. Then we are told the driver said she came to our house we said we didn’t order a pizza! That was a flat out lie. So the manager has the driver call me. This is not my job to facilitate ur drivers by the way. So we finally get our pizza that has been everywhere but here and we still had to pay full price for. And it is so sloppy that it looks like it was slung around a roller coaster! Food all over the inside of the box. This was awful experience. We order from dominos all the time this might end it. And trust that I will be sharing this experience with anyone who will listen.
I have no idea how you could possible fix this situation so many things went wrong here.
