Dominos Pizza complaint: Can’t Handle the Workload

My complaint:

I called Dominoes to place an order like I’ve had done several times since the new store opened up a few months back. this time the phone rang and rang with no answer. Living within 10 minutes of the store i decided to drive there to place my order. There were 4 customers in the store waiting for their orders which seemed normal to me. When i got to the register the guy asks me if I have an order and I said no I am waiting to place one. The guy then informs me they are accepting no more orders tonight. Wait, What?? He pretty much shut down the stores business for the rest of the night because he could not handle the volume. Mind you this is at 6:45 pm–the height of the dinner hour and his store was un-prepared to handle any more orders. The dude probably can’t wait to go home to his safe room and cuddle with his stuffed animals. I’m in business too–if this guy was on my staff he is no longer. Anyway, I guess I’ll go back to the other pizza shops in the area–they were here long before Dominoes showed up and will still be here when Dominoes closes up with this type of business model–the one where when you start to get busy you fold up like a lawn chair.

They can't do anything about it tonight, we ordered from another restaurant .
