My complaint:
Today we visited the dominos outlet at Dunlop and after danitizing ourselves straight away went ahead to place the order. The woman there ignored us for the first 5 minutes lost in her own thoughts and then when we called her she took the order…when we were to pay we held out a note of Rs.2000 for our order of 658 rupees but to our shock she straightaway refused to accept cash and cancelled the order without even asking if we wanted to make a card transaction.
We left the outlet with dismay and disappointment at such poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
They should try not to put such unfriendly staff at the billing and order taking sections. Clearly dominos wouldn't want to be poor customer service brand.
