My complaint:
On this day June 2, 2021 . I called to complete a order . I was greeted and told to hold . As I’m pulling in the parking lot . Because of safety measures due to covid 19 . I patiently wait to order dinner for 4 children I who also are patiently waiting . As I wait in my vehicle ppl are hanging out the side door . On camera to who this concerns check your camera . Horse playing and such as I am looking assuming someone will get to me . Sure enough people are finding everything else to do except answer the call . One girl was wiping windows . While another who claim to be the district manager and she proclaim nothing matters cause she give approval and refuses to give me district number because she said she is in charge . As I sat in my car 15 minutes on hold I was put back in que then hung up on . Then I immediately got out my car and there was the manager saying she didn’t hang up on me and yet she was the only one by they phone . She claim there was another call and she can’t see who is on hold . That when she picked up the other call it automatically hangs up . I don’t know what child is representing the establishment it’s ridiculous. Do better is disrespectful and unethical . No to mention inconvenience I come to order food at a “food place “ and not only am I not attended . Lied to and insulting my intelligence.. Some one needs to follow up on this very poor behavior and customer service !! By the way the District manager who claims to be running things . Her name is Kate or Katlyn is that is even her name . Dominos on union Boulevard Allentown pa . Don’t even bother calling they probably hang up like they did to me literally in my face !!
Suggested solution:
I think anyone who is really in charge of this establish should know how to handle this situation on a ethical basis . I wouldn’t even trust them preparing my food !!
