My complaint:
Called to order family pizza and was put on hold immediately and I held 8:00 minutes waiting to give my order. Too long for me. I called Pizza Hut. Poor customer service. If they are that busy you should hire more employees.
Suggested solution:
Take the order don’t answer and say hold and click
