My complaint:
On July 16th I ordered a Brooklyn Pizza extra large with pepperoni double cheese and medium sauce I received extra large pizza with out double cheese and with too much sauce on it I contacted customer service provider email I provided them with pictures that they ask for have not heard back from them I contacted the store and was told by the employee to answer the phone that I could not speak to a manager and I said well can he call me back and was told that he would mention it to him I said well he can call me back when you guys get unbusy he told me that he would tell him they never called I ordered from a different Domino’s location tonight and showed them the pictures they agreed with me that it did not have double cheese on it and that it was very burnt
Suggested solution:
Now I think they should give me my money back and replace my food being replaced but now since I've had so much running around and I'm not doing nothing about it I think they should replace it and get my money back
