My complaint:

Having ordrr numerous times, even before the start of the pandemic, my address is automatically set. For some reason, it was off by one digit. The driver made me walk out of my apartment, 1 block away, in order to retrieve the delivery. He used profanity, telling me he was a delivery person and didn’t need his job, asking what was I going to do, get him fired? He told me to go ahead and call his manager. He kept referring to me in a derogatory manner. I took the order and attempted to call the store with no answer.

Suggested solution:

An apology is warranted. Ideally from the driver. Beyond that, well I don't know? What I do know, not only is the very last Domino's Pizza I and my company will ever order. I and my employees will share this experience widely and encourage our friends, family members and colleagues not to purchase anything from Domino's now or in the future!
