My complaint:

I ordered multiple pizzas for my employess at our building under construction. I specially called them after the online order and asked for plates and napkins. He immediately told me my pizza already left the store. I told him that it could not have because it was less that a minute ago that it was ordered.
i wasn’t sure if the order went through because i never got a ation. He ed he had it and that there would be plates, cups and napkins.
Pizza was delivered and there were no plates, cups or napkins. We have three 2 liters and no way to drink it.
Unfortunately due to contactless delivery, i had to tip when placing the order. I wish i would not have tipped and realistically i wish i would have never ordered from Dominos since i specially called to get this information to them and they told me they would bring it. (if they didn’t have them i could have went to the store)
Now i have multiple employees eating with no silverware, cups or napkins. Not an enjoyable lunch. We are a new business and were hoping we would like Dominos since you are right down the road from us.

Suggested solution:

i will leave it up to you! i don't have an order number because the ation never went through.
Our address was 634-636 4th Avenue S, Nashville, TN 37210 and the order was placed around noon on October 22, 2020.
