My complaint:

I order pizza from dominos online on 11272020 order 1744 about 9:18pm. I told the guy I was there to pick up order. He said no bills over 20, so I pay with my debit the guy charge me twice 1st with an amount of 59.87 then another charge of 35.00. My total was 60.54. The guy came out saying I owe him 25 dollars still, so he told a girl there name Claudia, and Claudia alleged that I owe 25 dollars according to her system I told her my account was already showing two transactions with the amounts . I mentioned and she gave a me an unacceptable attitude saying you can pay what you owe or I cancel your order, I try to explain the transaction that were done and trying to have her look at my account summary so she see that I was charge twice with different amounts, she didn’t bother to see and she went ahead and cancel my order and I told her you can’t do that and she said she just did, she had the guy give back my debit card and shut door on me, I never had an experience like this because I’m not a person to argue but I did told her who is gonna refund back my money she said call your bank. So no pizza and on top of that no money refunded.

Suggested solution:

this is very very bad customer service and if this person Claudia is a manager she shouldn't be one. This is not a way to speak to a customer that is giving business to your restaurant, this lady told me that I needed to call my bank to get my money back, I better hope someone hire up then her speaks to her and have this fix because this is not appreciated at all I want someone to follow up with me about the situation
