My complaint:

Hello,

I’m contacting you because I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with my Domino’s account, and this has happened multiple times now.

I frequently get logged out of my account while using the app, and when I try to log back in, I’m unable to. Every time I attempt to reset my password, the reset link immediately says it has already been used or expired — even though I am opening it for the first time.

Because of this, I’m stuck in a loop where I can’t log in, and I can’t reset my password either. I also recently tried using the one-time code option, but my account ended up getting locked due to “too many invalid login attempts.”

This issue has happened more than once, and it’s becoming very frustrating as I can’t reliably access my account.

Suggested solution:

Please help by:
• Unlocking my account
• Fixing the password reset issue
• Letting me know if there’s a permanent solution so this doesn’t keep happening
