My complaint:
The manager on duty that refuses to give out her first name is ABUSIVE, not just rude, would not honor my Dominos gift certificate with which came a letter that plainly states my pizza is to be delivered free of charge with no delivery fee. I felt as if I was approaching a mentally abusive parent. The woman working at the store as manager on April 23 2024 at around 1:30 PM is on a power trip. VERY rude and brawny at from the very start, interruptive and rude then hung up on me pushing me the point where I said a curse word after she hung up on me and I do not even cuss. Being pushed to sickness, heart beating rapidly and nauseous simply for trying to order a pizza. That woman has mental problems is on a power trip and needs to be fired, but at the very least written up for being so abusive then not providing her IFRST NAME as is Dominos policy i want her in trouble for this, she has caused me great harm via her meanness causing me heartbeat irregular and an asthma attack simply for trying to order my pizza. i told her my certificate which included a letter plainly stating the pizza shall be delivered free of charge with no delivery fee.
Suggested solution:
Coach and write manger up, inform her it is company policy to provide a first name and that she should be polite and not act like a mentally abusive spouse or parent to customers. AND that the COMPANY is boss, not her, that she can not just make up rules with her power trip.
