My complaint:
I ordered our pizza at 6:00pm For my children and the 1st football game of the season while I ran some errands. I got home at 8:20pm – 2hrs and 20 minutes later and still no pizza and my children are hungry. I contacted Domino’s about my order and I was told there was a mix up with my order and they needed to place my order again and run my Visa again. I told them they had already ran my card for my $37.00 order, I was told that they refunded my money. So I replaced my order and asked for a discount and a soda. I was told after waiting 2hr and 20min and the football game opener; Houston Texans -vs-Kansas City Chiefs were already in play that I could have a discount of the delivery fee or a soda. I wasn’t asking for much but John the manager told me I wasn’t getting both. I thought that was not very good customer service. I wasn’t asking for my order to be free but I thought this was unacceptable service.
Suggested solution:
I should've been given the discount and the soda. I wasn't asking for much, this should've been done to show common courtesy for their mistakes.
