My complaint:
I ordered pizza like I usually do, disabled so I can go up and down the building a lot so I always put in the instructions “come up to room door”. So I was staying at the hotel and I ordered and put everything clear in the comment. They never called, they never answered when I call the store and also the tracker says the food has been delivered but it was never delivered to me. This is wrong on so many levels as this can lead to discrimination factors as I’m disabled and I clearly put the instructions in the field online. I also received no call. I received no food. I spent $25 on this order plus I had a free pizza voucher as well from a previous order. Now I had a bad experience and no food and lost my money and time plus lost a free pizza voucher as well that was included in this order. I am upset and this is very very unprofessional. Also this location hangs up on you when you call, I called 3 times, all three times when I politely ask for a manager regarding my order, they hung up on me.
Suggested solution:
I need my money back to my payment method. I need my refund. I wish I can get my free large pizza voucher but now I don’t even know if I’d use dominos again due to this horrible experience. I just need my money back. I wasted time and money.
