My complaint:
I ordered 2 hoagies boneless wings and chicken Alfredo I ordered online an drive to pick it up. Get there drive home and open boxes an had the wrong wings. Obviously I was annoyed not receiving the correct wings. They have us bone in wings. So I call to ask them can I switch them out they don’t even apologize and said yest they will fix it so then have to get back up in the pouring rain to go get the correct wings once again no apology or even a care. They took back the wrong wings handed me my boneless wings which there was 7 not even 8 and not to mention they were the size of popcorn chicken. But it’s just ride I had to go out of my way.
Suggested solution:
I would like an apology and a refund.
