My complaint:
I called and ordered 3 pizzas to have on my lunch break at 11:29. I finally called back at 12:19 and was told there was only one driver that it could take an hour and 10 minutes. So I told them I would come and pick it up. I am very disappointed I was not told this when I placed my order. They told me it would be in 30 minutes.
Suggested solution:
I think you should refund my money to me. I wasted my whole break waiting on my food to come to me and then still had to call and come pick it up.
