My complaint:
I went into Dollar Tree for band aids and they had the isle blocked off. So I politely asked her if she could hand me a box of band aids. She then yelled at me and said no this isle is closed and if I do it for you then I will have to do it for everyone else and the way she said it was so rude and nasty and I don’t appreciate being treated that way when I spend hundreds of dollars in that store! The employee was also strung out on something I could tell by the way she carried herself to paying customers and her body language.
Suggested solution:
Maybe train employees on customer service. I'm not sure what can be done to resolve this I am very upset and no longer want to shop at that location not to mention I had to go to another store and spend more money because she wouldn't hand me a box of band aids really its not that hard to be nice and not yell at PAYING CUSTOMERS!
