My complaint:
As I approached the entrance of the store, I was appalled by the rude and unprofessional behavior of this sales associate. His name is Jonathon and behaved very unprofessionally. He was arguing with his girlfriend on the phone and asked her what the Fk she was doing? Personally when I am about to enter a place of business that is not what I expect to hear from a store associate. This is not what I consider to be business or professional behavior.
Suggested solution:
I believe that Dollar Tree in Mitchell SD should use disciplinary action up to and including termination.
