I have a complaint about the way you are treating people and the lack of respect! How do you fire an employee for standing up for herself and others over the store never having enough help; the inventory that continues to be piled up; the lack of pay and many other things. The store has been the best it has been in years since the manager took over. She has done wonders to several stores and she was brought to Louisiana to get it back in shape. She is a constant in that store and always welcoming and keeping the town updated on issues within the store such as three trucks getting delivered at once. How does that happen and who is suppose to put it away? These people don’t get paid enough for the work they do. There has to be something illegal for firing a person for standing beside her employees!! Get your heads out your ….. and please treat your employees better!!! Competition is coming to town now so because of these issues you may be losing business!!
Hire Jeri back and let her do her thing as she has been doing!!! Pay your employees better. You keep building stores so try and keep the ones you have open!! Give them extra help when needed to stock shelves.
