My complaint:
A rude cashier he told me she hates me refused to ring me up at the cash register cause the self checkout wasn’t working. Every time I go to the store she gives a dirty look, I always been nice when leaving saying have a nice day, but uses the snob technique, very immature.
The store manager has hardly done very little to fix her attitude, I want the store managers boss to contact me immediately or meet at the store at a scheduled time The rude cashier needs to be fired as the Dollar general General policy states you treat all customers fairly. But I am a senior and a veteran of the u.s armed forces, so I am also filing discrimination complaint, also I will with the state of Indiana labor relations.
Suggested solution:
A meeting with store manager and her boss immediately to resolve this very rude employee who should be fired asap
