My complaint:
I went to the Dollar General this morning. Shopped for an hour. Found some penny items. Thought, great! Well, I get to the cash register and she rings it up and my wallet wasn’t in my purse. So I asked her if she’d hold it for me while I go back to my house and get it. She said she couldn’t hold it long. So I rushed to my house, got the wallet and rushed back. She then said that her manager won’t sell me the items. I asked where were the items I shopped for, she said he put them in the back. The whole time I was there, I never saw a manager.
Suggested solution:
Confront them. They're always rude in that store. Makes me feel unwelcome and not want to shop there
