My complaint:
the staff at the dollar general in new deal 90%of the time ignore the customer. they are either visiting among themselves or on the phone. on one occasion, during the whole check out process, he was facetiming his girlfriend. nothing new, this has been going on for a long time.
but today as 3 young women were visiting and ignoring the customer, the question was asked by the customer when are the prices on the shelf going to be changed to match what is being scanned I was told very rudely..i have no idea. then they proceeded to visit as though they had been interrupted.
my question is…when are the prices on the shelf going to be changed to match the scanned prices. scanned prices are always higher, which is ok, but it would be nice to know what it will cost when you pick it up.
Suggested solution:
fix the shelf prices and orientate the staff on customer service
