My complaint:
I stopped in to pick up a few things and the manager answered her cell phone and put it on speaker phone. It turned out to be her son and he was telling her about getting in trouble at school. She began to cuss him out very loudly considering she was in the front of the store and I was in the back of the store and could hear everything that was being said clearly from both parties. I think this was very poor actions coming from a manager. I seen a little old lady shaking her head back and forth as the manager was dropped ef bombs like it was nothing. No apologies were given to any of the customers in the store.
Suggested solution:
Not my place to say, but I will not go to this store ever again. I will travel to one of the cities I live by.
