My complaint:
Went to Dollar General this morning to get supplies for work office. Got out of my car at 8:04 a.m. and the door would not open. There was at least 4 employee cars in the parking lot backed in under the trees in the shade. I stood in front of the doors with a grocery cart until 8:11. A female employee comes to unlock the door and does not say a word, no greeting or apology for opening late. I get in the store and there was not coffee on the self but boxes of stock in boxes at the end of the aisle. This store is not clean, shelves are not stocked, and the employees are not friendly!
Suggested solution:
Change the store hours posted on the door if you aren't opening on time.
Get a managersupervisor from higher upanother area to come and get this store back in shape, cleaned up and stocked or close the doors! We have so many Dollar Generals in Waycross that you could close this one.
