My complaint:
I recently moved back to my hometown. Location doesn’t change the fact that the dollar generals are not handicap accessible. There is NO getting down any isle in my wheelchair!! I have to resort to wearing prosthetics. Which iare new to me. I’ve yet to been able to shop at any of your locations without assistance from a family member. I’ve contacted a lawyer as well as the amputee collation. SADLY, I’ve no other choice of places to shop. This evening my significant other ran (literally) to your Baird location to purchase hamburger meat, bread and chips for my dinner. All these items are on the first isle. Knowing he was cutting it close but with 15 minutes to closing. Your employee quickly ran to lock the door. As someone who’s career was the retail industry. Customer service is the key to a successful business. There is no customer service only individuals who only check customers out. Even worse a corporation who’s success is because of customers doesn’t put in anymore effort then their employees). This is unacceptable. Pertaining to photos showing proof. Look at your stores! It is not my burden to prove Dollar General is not handicap accessible. It is your burden to prove you have not been andor .are now accessible.
