My complaint:
I was discriminated against to the point I thought it broke the law, by my district manager. I filed a formal complaint on 613. The very next morning I was surprised to hear the regional manager call and instruct me to get on a conference call with the very person I had alleged the discrimination complaint. I didn’t realize at the time that this was their so called investigation, trying to sweep it under the rug. When I finally got a call from the hr manager all he could muster was “we made a mistake”. I was promised the witnesses would be called and it would be looked into. Never happened. Subsequently I filed a complaint with a third party and still haven’t heard from anybody. I was targeted and fired two days ago for refusing to break DG policy. You can’t make this stuff up. Am I not going to get any respect from DG?
