My complaint:
My wife is a store manager and she only gets one day per week off. She usually has to work that one day off each week due to someone calling in at her store or because her boss, Mary Jane, will order her to another store to help. I feel very strongly that Dollar General drives a wedge between its employees and their respective families. I know of one, possibly two, store managers who have gotten a divorce for that reason. My wife is averaging less than one day off per month when Dollar General policy says store managers are supposed to get 1.5 days off per week.
Suggested solution:
Leave your employees alone on their one day off per week.
