My complaint:
A colleague at our south east store has been making inappropriate and unfounded comments about me to another employee on the night shift, insinuating an improper relationship between us. This colleague has made several derogatory remarks, including personal attacks on my intelligence and integrity, without any basis or evidence. Such accusations are entirely unfounded and deeply offensive, especially as I am committed to my role and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Furthermore, it has come to my attention that this individual, along with the store manager and a key holder, have been submitting negative reports about me, which seems to be a concerted effort to undermine my reputation and work environment without any prior discussion or warning about my conduct. This situation has escalated to the point of affecting my work life, including my break times, and appears to be a targeted campaign of bullying.
I have always striven to maintain a high standard of professionalism in my work, without any disciplinary issues. The actions of these colleagues are not only baseless but also create a hostile and unfair work environment. I believe this could be stemming from personal biases or jealousy, leading them to engage in this unwarranted behavior.
Suggested solution:
They should stop talking stuff ab me and ask me to my face if they have a question pr a complaint. They should stop believing made up lies. Get their minds out of the gutter and be more professional instead of sitting around talking ab me since they say none of this to me its all said ab me behind my back to will who has to constantly take up for me
